Slowing Down in the Covid Crisis

Slowing down in the face of the Covid crisis:  The anxieties, the sadness, it overwhelms.  How might we go within and take a pause?  And our hearts go out to those who lost loved ones or have someone you care about in the I.C.U. fighting the virus.  Our experiences vary so, but the core fears and hopes remain the same.

These are some thoughts from Jim that came to him at 2 a.m., when he could not sleep, “My head was spinning with all the ramifications, what these means to our couples, to families, and individuals out there.  And what does it mean for the profession of therapy, how does one respond to something so unprecedented.”
