Jim Thomas LMFT

Finland, Chicago, Denver and Idaho for Jim Thomas in September

Dear Colleagues, Hi, Jim Thomas here, just updating on activities for September.  It is a whirlwind month and excited to share EFT with so many therapists here in Colorado and beyond. Off to Helsinki, Finland to what I know will be three days of warm welcome by the therapists there.  They really love emotionally focused therapy.  The EFT Community, led by fellow trainer Hanna Pinomaa, is vibrant.  Contrary to what people told me prior to my first training visit two years ago, the clinicians were absolutely expressive and engaged throughout our time together.  So, we’ll be focused for two-days on addressing trauma in couples therapy, followed by a day looking […]

Congratulations Lisa Sydow, Ph.D. EFT Certified Therapist

Therapists take 4-Days of training, known as the Externship, and the follow-up 2-Day trainings, called Core Skills or Core Skills Plus.  In addition, Lisa sought additional supervision/consultation in individual and group consult to further hone her skills as an E.F.T. Therapist.  Finally, to meet I.C.E.E.F.T. requirements, she sent to video clips of her work with couples (with proper […]

In co-created, engaging learning community we’ll explore important questions, learn some key moves and participate in experiential exercises together.  Embracing Pursuers, Beneath Harshness, Panic and Despair to the Heart of the Work promises to be a powerful, useful experience with ideas and interventions you can apply on Monday in your […]
