These four outstanding EFT community members have provided structure and support for participants in the Colorado E.F.T. Externships for many years. Together and individually, they bring so much wisdom, compassion and skills to these training events.

Misti Klarenbeck-McKenna Misti is an ICEEFT Certified Therapist and Supervisor. She has been practicing in a variety of settings for 20 years and currently is co-director of Colorado Center for Couples and Families, PLLC. She is an integral part of the faculty for Denver Family Institute since 2007 and has also taught at University of Denver and University of Colorado Denver. Allison Rimland Allison is the founder and director of Thrive Counseling Services and an ICEEFT Certified Therapist and Supervisor. She describes her work as relational, attachment-focused and strength-based. Alison brings a systemic, holistic approach to all that she does from clinical work, to supervision and leadership in her group practice. Learn more about her by clicking here.
Cindy Wander: Cindy enjoys providing therapy for therapists. She supports all types of relationships including strong support for LGBTQ relationships. She loves helping folks be the best parents that they can be for their children, including offering attachment-based parenting support. Cindy also helps parents work through deeper personal issues and couples dynamics that may impact their parenting. She relishes the use of EFT with individuals, including a focus on those who tend to emotional withdraw or guard, and she is particularly adept at working with shame. Cindy provides supervision towards the LMFT in Colorado through an EFT focus.
Jonathan Zalesne Jonathan is an ICEEFT certified EFT therapist and Supervisor, He has been in private practice working primarily with couples since 2012. His passion is EFT and Couples. Jonathan has not missed a Denver externship as a helper, since he took it himself in 2012.
