The Colorado EFT Network is a cooperative, collaborative group of three entities all affiliated with ICEEFT and focused on a shared mission of growing emotionally focused therapy in a quality way in Colorado in service of the diverse couples, families and individuals that benefit from an evidenced-based approach to human relationships. The Colorado Center is proud to support the work of the two EFT Communities in Colorado:
The Boulder EFT Community, an ICEEFT Affiliated EFT Community, is led by the Boulder Founders and offers quarterly meetings and other support for those learning or practicing EFT and EFFT. The Founders are Laurie Branch, MA, LPC, Lynne Foote, MA, LPC, Joli Nicol Pate, LCSW, Patrick Prag, MA, Mary Schlesinger, Ph.D., Patti Swope, R.N., and LMFT, and Dawn Taylor, Ph.D.
The Denver EFT Community, was founded in 2012 by Bev Tuel, Lia Jones and Priscilla Zynda with Misti Klarenbeek-McKenna and Robert Allan joining the steering committee in 2017. All five of the steering committee members are also EFT Supervisors. The Denver Community collaboratively and inclusively provides networking, supervision opportunities, and gatherings such as lunch and learns for therapists interested in E.F.T.
There is growing EFT Community in the Glenwood Springs area being started by Karen Nadon, EFT Supervisor.
The Communities and Center enjoy a collaborative relationship focused on helping clinicians grow, develop EFT skills, and support each other in this important work. We grow stronger together in this work. Please join us in Boulder or Denver, we welcome your participation and contributions. We envision additional communities in Colorado such as in Fort Collins, Colorado Springs – Pueblo, and beyond as EFT grows in our beautiful state.
