CCV and EFT

The Colorado Center is proud to be hosting a small group gathering of therapists regarding couples violence and EFT work.  This is open to therapists who have studied and use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy in their practice (minimum prerequisite of completion of EFT Externship).  Couples violence presents many challenges from assessment, to appropriateness of EFT, to treatment planning. The authors of the recently published, peer-reviewed journal article, “Fighting for Connection: Patterns of Intimate Partner Violence,” (2018), Journal of Couple and Family Therapy, Jef Slootmaeckers & Lieven Migerode,will be leading this seminar.
